Gail Walker, President & Director - 770-634-0025 - pmrd7673@gmail.com - Gail, and her husband, Jimmy, have owned property in Crystal Shores since 2000. Avid Georgia Bulldogs, they split their time between here, their home in Georgia and visiting with their four grandchildren. Gail enjoys gardening, landscape design and furniture painting/redesign. Jimmy is a consultant for the banking industry.
Pete Maguire, Vice President & Director- 314-724-6128 - lindanpete@gmail.com - Pete and his wife Linda purchased their home in Crystal Shores in 2011. Both of them are retired and enjoy life living in the neighborhood so close to the beach. With their kids and grandkids all living in St. Louis Mo, they spend part of their time up north throughout the year. They have a son, daughter and five grandchildren.
Rob Durrett, Secretary/Treasurer & Director - 615-308-6724 - rdurrett@shiptitan.com - Rob and his wife, Deb, share time between Nashville TN and Crystal Shores. They fell in love with Crystal Shores after vacationing in our community many times and eventually buying 4515 Ocean View Drive in 2012. Rob is 2nd generation in the trucking and warehousing industry. He continues to work as President at Titan Transfer Logistics, a transportation freight brokerage company, that he founded nearly 20 years ago. His hobbies include traveling, tennis, churchwork and keeping up with 4 grandkids’ sports and adventures.
Keith Poch, Director - 850-240-2998 - kpoch@cox.net - Keith and Vanessa moved to Crystal Shores in 2014 from Bluewater Bay in Niceville, Fl. Keith was in the Air Force for 26 years and served in the Vietnam war and Desert Storm. Then he was a DoD Consultant / Project manager for 24 years. Keith is from Nebraska, Vanessa is English, and they met and married in Greece. They lived overseas on numerous AF assignments. They have 2 girls with families in San Diego and Fort Walton Beach. Keith previously served on a HOA in Bluewater Bay for 4 years. His goal in this HOA is to maintain the original concept for the appearance of the subdivision as an old Florida village neighborhood. He wants a well maintained, attractive, quiet, and safe neighborhood.

Our Association Manager, Jeff Robinson, has been a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2006 and started his CAM career with Crystal Shores. Jeff was very familiar with homeowner's association management as a result of the experience gained as a Director at Crystal Shores while holding the offices of Secretary, Treasurer and President. Since then, Jeff has managed up to five Homeowner Associations.
Prior to being involved in homeowner association business, Jeff was a Mechanical Project Engineer and Engineering Supervisor for Alcoa for 30 years. His responsibilities included the installation of numerous capital equipment projects, supervision of engineers and the supervision of a 20-person Design Department. He also worked for a small engineering consulting firm in Evansville, Indiana, as their Technical Manager and Senior Project Engineer after retiring from Alcoa. As a result of this broad exposure, his previous engineering and management skills were useful in the management of homeowner associations.
Jeff has lived in Destin since 2000 and was an active as a Member and Officer in the Citizens for Rental Rights, Citizens for Good Leadership, and Destin Toastmasters, and an appointed Member of the City of Destin's Beach Restoration Advisory Committee.
