In order to preserve our "Quality of Life" and maintain our "curb appeal" within Crystal Shores, the Association asks your cooperation in observing the following rules and helping us enforce them.  A "pdf" copy of a summary of our rules can be downloaded by clicking this link-->  2024 Crystal Shores Neighborhood Rules.  Owners and Property Managers are requested to post copies of the Crystal Shores Neighborhood Rules sheet in at least two conspicuous places in the home.  Please note that violations in our rules can result in fines of up to $150 being levied.

Furthermore, it is important to note that the Development Order from the City of Destin designates Crystal Shores as a "single family residence" neighborhood. As such, each residence shall be rented or lived-in as a "single family" unit and not as a multiple family unit (ie: duplex or triplex rental). Multiple family unit residences are not permitted in Crystal Shores as stated by the City of Destin's Development Code. 


In addition, the City of Destin has a Short-term Rental Ordinance, which regulates parking, garbage management, occupancy, noise/disturbances, etc.  Owners who are renting their home as a short-term rental must register with the City of Destin.   For more information on registering your rental home, click on this link-->Short-Term Rental Registration Guide
